Job Description:

Position: R&D Chemist / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory experiments as per supervisor instructions and R&D procedures.

• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with HSE guidelines in the laboratory.

• Monitor experiments, perform product analysis, and prepare samples for dispatch.

• Maintain accurate documentation, data integrity, and experimental records.

• Perform laboratory maintenance, equipment calibration, and housekeeping activities.

• Conduct literature searches and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Prepare daily reports and update progress regularly.

• Utilize analytical instruments effectively for chemical analysis.

• Follow all R&D SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive working environment.

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
