Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Knowledge of MIG, TIG, SMAW, GTAW and GMAW welding processes.

Understanding of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Record).

Robotic welding programming and operation.

Application of problem-solving techniques.

Productivity enhancement and process improvement.

Team management and leadership.
-
Change management and implementation.
-
Project planning and management.
-
People management and team coordination.
-
Quality management and process control.
Experience: 2–8 Years
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Fabrication.
Suitable Designations: Welding Engineer / Robotic Welding Engineer / Welding Supervisor / Production Engineer.
