To Execute and monitor brown field projects, Capex jobs, modification job, process improvement jobs by understanding process. |

Plant Layout set up by understanding operational requirement with project manager |
|
3 |
Equipment’s detailing, Erection and commissioning of GLR, SSR, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, Blowers ANF, Dryer, etc along with schedule bar chart |
|
4 |
Reading P&IDs, PFDs, PDS, G.A Drawing, Structural Layout, Isometric drawings, Nozzle orientation of equipment |
|
5 |
Preparation of BOQ, Time-line, Equipment’s and Material tracking, follow up with vendor |
|
6 |
Checking contractor quality work and measurements as per standards. |
|
7 |
Ensuring no material waste at contactor site while fabrication and material reconciliation. |
|
8 |
Participating in HAZOP for smooth compliance of all safety requirement |
|
9 |
PSSR of all installed equipment’s as per PSSR guidelines |
|
10 |
PR, PO, Service entry, Material Reservation, etc |
|
11 |
Managed contractors and their manpower as per priority and allocation of job |
|
12 |
Third party inspection at vendor premises |
|
13 |
To provide a safety talk/on line job talk before job execution for safely completion of activity |
