Job Description:

Responsibilities

v To Receive the Raw material and Packing material as per standard operating procedure.

v To Prepare Goods arrival report (GAR), intimation to Quality Control Lab for Raw material sampling.

v To ensure daily calibration and verification of electronic weighing balance.

 

  • To issue of material to production as per standard operating procedure.

 

  • To maintain the records and logbooks of warehouse.

 

  • To maintain the records for the receipt, issue and reconciliation of labels.
  • To prepare the documents for dispatch of finished products as per standard operating procedure. Checking of logbooks of cold room for specified storage condition of finished products and intermediates.
  • To prepare the documents for storage of rejected/ re-call finished products and further appropriate action as per laid down procedure.
  • To prepare standard operating procedures and impart training on SOPs as per quarterly training schedule.
  • To ensure the safety and cleanliness in Raw material warehouse, RM, Finished Goods warehouse, solvent storage yard, engineering stores and project stores.
  • To verify and control movement of project, consumable, lab chemical, stores, and spares items.
  • To ensure GMP compliance in the warehouse and face audits.

 

  • To overall independent handling warehouse activity and keep real time date in SAP system.

 

  • Handling of statutory records and liaison work related to prohibition excise, narcotic department, petroleum act materials, poison act, etc.

 

  • Proper handling, usage and reconciliation of fixed assets given for warehouse activities.

 

  • Physical verification every month for all types of materials and project items with slow moving and nonmoving reports.

 

  • Plan, organize and proper execution of logistics, transporter for safety of materials.

 

  • Change control, deviation, objective, CAPA, incident investigation all type of cGMP documents to handle effectively and close as per schedule.

 

  • Safety and effectively utilization of company employees and contract manpower.
