Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Employee Onboarding

  • Support joining formalities and documentation.
  • Prepare employee files and maintain HR records.
  • Assist in induction and orientation programs for new employees.

HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Support payroll data collection and verification.
  • Assist in updating HRMIS and employee databases.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and events.
  • Support communication between employees and management.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain statutory and HR-related documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to HR activities.
  • Ensure proper filing and record management.

Required Skills

✅ Good Communication Skills
✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
✅ Basic Understanding of HR Functions
✅ Positive Attitude & Learning Mindset
✅ Team Player with Good Interpersonal Skills
