Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding
- Support joining formalities and documentation.
- Prepare employee files and maintain HR records.
- Assist in induction and orientation programs for new employees.
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support payroll data collection and verification.
- Assist in updating HRMIS and employee databases.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Assist in organizing training programs and events.
- Support communication between employees and management.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory and HR-related documents.
- Assist in preparing reports related to HR activities.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
Required Skills

✅ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
✅ Basic Understanding of HR Functions
