Job Description:

Plant Maintenance Technician

Qualification: ITI Fitter
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: Paint Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, reactors, gearboxes, goods lifts, agitators, and utility equipment.

• Perform routine inspection, condition monitoring, and equipment health checks.

• Ensure timely replacement and management of critical equipment spares.

• Execute PM schedules and maintain maintenance records.

• Support installation, alignment, and commissioning of new equipment.

• Follow safety standards and ensure equipment reliability for uninterrupted plant operations.

Required Skills:

• Maintenance of rotating and static equipment.

• Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Experience in PM activities, condition monitoring, and spare management.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Preferred:

• Experience in Paint, Chemical, or Process Industries.

• Knowledge of maintenance planning and documentation.
