Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct employee induction programs.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Support employee engagement activities.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance records and leave management.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly inputs.
- Maintain shift and manpower records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Compliance & Statutory Activities
- Support compliance related to labor laws.
- Assist in audits and inspections.
- Maintain statutory records as required.
Performance Management
- Support appraisal and performance review processes.
- Track employee confirmation and probation activities.
