Technician - Electrician
Job Description:
1 To follow all safety rules and standards.
Participate in safety tool box talk.
Ensure compliance of SOP, work permit systems and environment care
2 To ensure the use of job specific tools in good condition and tested
3 To do 5s activities in work place .
4 To attend class room training and OJT.
5 Provide suggestions to improve safety , process, maintenance, quality . Reliability etc.
6 Respect & encourage respect of all team members by actions and follow work ethics.
7 To use respectful language while communicating .
8 To carry out inspection activities of rotary and static equipment's as per LLF/other check list as per schedule.
9 To do maintenance activities as assigned on the day., including break down, scheduled preventive maintenance jobs, overhauling jobs etc.
10 Review the spare parts availability/ requirement in the respective sections and inform superiors about the requirement in time .
11 involve in the root cause analysis and problem solving exercises as and when required in the respective areas
12 Shifting and electrical connection of motors up to 5.5.KW as and when required
13 To carry out PM of electrical motors, VFD, Transformers , switchgear with pannel etc as per schedule
14 To carry out thermography , ELCB test, cable faults , VFD temp and other required parameters check on electrical systems
16 Overhauling/replacement of equipment's / spare parts as per schedule or requirement
17 To assist STA in all maintenance/other activities as assigned.
18 To do all preparation activities related to maintenance and other assigned jobs.
19 To get trained and perform special jobs as per requirement.
20 To impart training to TA for skill development
21 To lead the team of assigned area for better coordination and execution of jobs.
