Manager- Electrical

Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities –

Project Execution Stage –

- Lead setting up of the Plant facility predominantly at Dahej site

- Coordination with Project Consultants, contractors and user teams,

- Supervision on the Contractor’s work, material movement, Site Safety

- Participate in FAT wherever applicable,

- Involvement in Erection and commissioning of the Utility Services,

- Support for Installation and Commissioning, SAT of Laboratory and Plant Equipment’s / Instruments

Post Project Stage –

1. Operation and Maintenance of the Utilities like Boiler, Water Treatment Plant, Air Compressors, HVAC, Cold Room, Colling Towers, Chillers, Autoclaves, ETP, Fire Fighting Systems, UPS etc.
2. Preventive Maintenance of Utility Services, Laboratory Instruments, Pilot Plant Equipment’s, Repair and Maintenance of the
3. Preventive Maintenance and Repair Maintenance of the Electrical Installations,
4. Ensure “NO DOWN” Time on account of Utility and Electrical failures,
5. Troubling shooting

Operations Management / Cross Functional Coordination

1. Review and Recordkeeping of the Utility Operations,
2. Adhere to Preventive Maintenance Schedules and AMC’s wherever applicable,
3. Troubleshooting in case of process / utility interruptions,  
4. Coordinate closely with Team of Scientists / Engineers for Utility Operations and Repair and Maintenance services,
5. Maintenance of the Inventory of the critical spares and consumables,

Team Leadership and Development

1. Ability to Lead the Team of Utility operators and technicians,
2. To train the team of the Utility Operators and Technicians,  
3. Strive for the Self Development and take initiatives for the same,

Quality, Safety, and Statutory Compliance

1. Ensure Safety and Security at the workplace and adhere to the Company’s EHS Policy and other policies,
2. Actively participate in the Organizational Initiatives in terms of the Certifications / drives / Audits,
3. Ensure Compliance of the statutory compliance pertaining to the Function
