DCS Executive - Production
Job Description:
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate and monitor plant processes through Distributed Control System (DCS)
-
Handle continuous & batch process operations from control room
-
Monitor critical parameters like temperature, pressure, flow, level
-
Ensure safe handling of exothermic reactions / bromination processes
-
Maintain production targets as per shift plan
-
Coordinate with field operators for smooth operations
-
Maintain batch records & log sheets
-
Identify abnormalities and take corrective actions
-
Ensure compliance with EHS & SOP guidelines
-
Support during plant startup & shutdown activities
✅ Required Skills:
-
Experience in DCS systems (Honeywell / Yokogawa / Siemens preferred)
-
Knowledge of chemical reaction handling
-
Basic understanding of P&ID and process flow diagrams
-
Good troubleshooting skills
-
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
