• BE / B.Tech (Chemical / Fire)

• ADIS / PGDIS / PGDISM (Preferred)

🕒 Experience

4 – 8 Years (Chemical Process Industry Preferred)

📌 Job Summary

The Executive / Sr. Executive – EHS (Safety) will be responsible for implementing EHS systems, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening process safety, conducting investigations, building safety culture, and ensuring safe plant operations in a chemical manufacturing environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 EHS Policy & Compliance

• Implement and monitor EHS policies

• Conduct audits & statutory compliance checks

• Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards

🔹 Safety Training & Awareness

• Conduct EHS induction & safety trainings

• Emergency response drills & chemical safety programs

• Drive safety campaigns

🔹 Incident & Accident Management

• Lead incident investigations

• Perform root cause analysis

• Implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

🔹 Process Safety

• Knowledge of PSM elements

• HAZOP / PHA / LOPA understanding

• P&ID / PFD review capability

🔹 Environment & ETP Coordination

• Support ETP operations

• Monitor effluent, emissions & hazardous waste

🔹 ISO & Statutory Liaison

• Lead ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation

• Coordinate audits & government inspections

🔹 People Management

• Conduct regular toolbox talks

• Maintain EHS documentation formats

• Drive BBS (Behavior Based Safety) initiatives

🔑 Key Skills Required

✔ Strong knowledge of chemical process safety
✔ Incident investigation & root cause analysis
✔ Knowledge of statutory EHS regulations
✔ ISO system implementation experience
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
