Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine chemical and physical tests on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.

  • Perform analytical techniques including titration, pH measurement, and instrument-based analysis (e.g., UV-Vis, chromatography as required).

  • Accurately record, analyze, and interpret data; prepare test reports and maintain detailed laboratory documentation.

  • Ensure all lab instruments are calibrated and maintained; troubleshoot minor instrument issues and coordinate with service providers for repairs.

  • Identify and report deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) results to QC Supervisor and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.

  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety procedures, and company quality systems.

  • Support internal audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related science discipline. Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.

  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a QC laboratory in the chemical or related manufacturing industry (freshers with strong lab exposure may be considered).

  • Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation and analytical techniques is a plus.
