Factory Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.

Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and statutory regulations.

Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Optimize resource utilization (manpower, raw materials, utilities).

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, safety, and process efficiency.

Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams for smooth operations.

Monitor plant performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Manage and develop factory staff through training, motivation, and performance management.
