Job Description – Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Support formulation development activities for regulated and semi-regulated markets, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards

• ✅ Conduct pre-formulation, API-excipient compatibility studies, and stability testing to evaluate formulation feasibility

• ✅ Assist in scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition and documentation

• ✅ Prepare comprehensive technical documents including development reports, batch records, protocols, and validation documents

• ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Production for project coordination and troubleshooting

• ✅ Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the Product Development Cell (PDC)

• ✅ Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines throughout the product lifecycle

• ✅ Maintain proper documentation and support regulatory filings as required for domestic and international submissions
